Danish walnuts

In our plantation in West Jutland, we work with grafted walnut trees, comprising several different varieties spread over 7 hectares.

The combination of climatic conditions with West Jutland's cool nights, stable wind conditions, and well-drained soil gives the walnuts a dense structure and a clean, concentrated flavour.

The walnut orchard is in the process of organic conversion, so all walnuts are grown according to organic principles, and the 2026 harvest will be certified organic.

As all walnuts come from our own orchard in West Jutland near Ringkøbing, we have 100% traceability, from planting the trees to the final packaging. Everything takes place on our farm.
