TONOW Apple Apiritif is a pommeau with a delicious sweet apple flavor, fruit, a little wood, a little dried apricot, a little honey, oxidized/oxygenated apple, a little wood/cedar, a little sherry
The aroma is mild and tart sweet apple, a little alcohol, vanilla, baked apples, pommeau/appleau, dried fruit (apricot, prunes), fruit, brown apple/oxidized apple, hint of honey, apple juice, apple juice, hint of wood/cigarette smoke.
Our pommeau is made with Eau de Vie and red aroma apple cider.& Aged in oak barrels
0.5L bottle. and 20% alc.
