- The taste is mildly woody, fruity, sharp eau de vie, brandy.
- The aroma is fresh apples, alcohol, apple juice, a bit of ripe apple, baked apples, vanilla, mild honey (acacia/sunflower), brandy/eau de vie/cognac, dry apricot.
- Zari is a Belgian apple variety that we have been allowed to grow in the orchard. It has a very sweet taste and the peel is thin and crisp, a really good eating apple.
