- The taste is mildly woody, fruity, sharp eau de vie, brandy.
- The scent is fresh apples, alcohol, apple juice, a hint of well-ripened apple, oven-baked apples, vanilla, mild honey (acacia/sunflower), brandy/eau de vie/cognac, dried apricot.
- Zari is a Belgian apple variety that we have been allowed to cultivate in the orchard. It is very sweet in taste and the skin is thin and crisp, a really good eating apple.
