- The aroma is fresh ripe apple, alcohol, apple juice, slightly brown/oxidized apple, baked apples, vanilla, mild honey (acacia/sunflower), fermented fruit, brandy/eau de vie/cognac, dried apricots
- Zari is a Belgian club apple that we have been allowed to produce in the plantation. It is a lovely sweet apple with a thin skin and perfectly crisp. It's hard not to eat one when you pass them in the harvest.
