- The taste is slightly woody, fruit, alcohol, sharp, brandy/eau de vie.
- The aroma is fresh ripe apple, alcohol, apple juice, slightly brown/oxidized apple, baked apples, vanilla, mild honey (acacia/sunflower), fermented fruit, brandy/eau de vie/cognac, dried apricots.
- Zari is a Belgian club apple that we have been permitted to grow in the orchard. It is a lovely sweet apple with thin skin and perfectly crisp. It's hard not to eat one when you come across them during harvest.
