- Moss oak brandy is made from our apple eau de vie, which has been aged on moss oak. It gives a special and unique scent from bog oak.
- The brandy is finally aged in oak barrels to give it a more mature round taste.
- Aromas of sweet apple and with the scent of bog oak, woody, dry wood, slightly crushed wood.
- Our bog oak originates from the time when our area at Rringkøbng Fjord was covered with oak trees. It is at least 3-6000 years old and maybe much more.
