Vesterhavsmost apple must Cox Holstein 0.75L
- Cox Holstein originates from a stray seed from the mother plant Cox Orange. The variety was discovered in 1918 in Schleswig-Holstein. A large, rough apple with a high sugar content, which is not obvious, as its acid content is super. The Cox Holstein is triploid, which means that it cannot pollinate itself or others.
- The red and yellow apples ripen during September and are really good for must. A good apple for those who do not drink alcohol, but still want a strong taste
- Cox Holstein has an intense scent of rhubarb and a sour-fresh taste. Here you can also clearly sense the rhubarb aroma, but also notes of tamarind and cranberry.
-
The must is excellent for food. For example, enjoy the must for a Greek lamb dish with oregano and tzatziki.
-
And then the Cox Holstein is a lovely companion for a drink. How about a glass of White Sangria? Mix it with lemon, green grapes, cinnamon stick and a bottle of our Cox Holstein cider.
- 0.75L applesauce
