- Rød Aroma is a Swedish variety from 1947. It is a cross between Rød Ingrid Marie and Filippa which is found in many Danish gardens. It is one of our favorites and almost everyone knows it and has a tree in their garden. You can easily taste that it has Phillippa blood in it.
- We have approx. 2000 trees in the plantation. Red aroma is quite stable for bearing apples in our climate. They ripen at the beginning of September, and have a beautiful red cheek.
- Vesterhavsmust Red Aroma is a fresh and acidic must, with flavor notes of sea buckthorn and tamarind.
- The must tastes fantastic, and can be enjoyed all day in all contexts, for those who want a must with a little more bite.
- Also used in an aperitif with TONOW, grenadine, lemon zest and ginger.
