Vesterhavsmost apple must Red Gråsten 0.75L
- Gråsten Red is Denmark's national apple. It is almost certain that the variety came from seeds from the garden at Graasten Castle in Southern Jutland. Gråsten was described by Professor CCL Hirschfeld in Kiel in 1788. The variety was in production in a nursery in Odense in 1788. The apple is ready for picking in September – a large, beautiful red apple with a striped yellow background. We are here in 2021 preparing for further planting of the Gråsten apple. The most beautiful apple tree in bloom.
- Vesterhavsmost Rød Gråsten is completely its own: the aroma has notes of elderberry, sour fruit and steamed white asparagus. And in the taste you can also sense sour currants.
- The must is great for a starter with white asparagus or Italian food with Parma ham and rosemary.
