- Topaz is a fine yellow apple with red cheeks. Like the Pirouette Rubinstep, it was originally developed by the famous pomologist Dokter Tupi in the Czech Republic. There, over decades, they have developed a number of new, healthy varieties, several of which we grow in our plantation. We also use Topaz as a black pollinator.
- Vesterhavsmost Topaz tastes wonderfully sour-sweet and is fantastic for both the breakfast table and cooking. Vesterhavsmust Topaz is the one of our musts with the most tannins.
- For example, try making apple cider with Vesterhavsmust Topaz, star anise, cardamom capsules, ginger, whole cinnamon, cloves and cranberries - and give it a splash of TONOW Topaz if it's for the adults.
