Topaz apple juice tastes delightfully tart-sweet and is fantastic for both breakfast and cooking. Vesterhavsmost Topaz is the one of our juices with the most tannins.
Topaz is a beautiful yellow apple with red cheeks. Like Pirouette Rubinstep, it was originally developed by the famous pomologist Dokter Tupi in the Czech Republic. There, over decades, they have developed a number of new, healthy varieties, several of which we cultivate in our orchard. We also use Topaz as a pollinator variety.
For example, try making apple mulled wine with Vesterhavsmost Topaz, star anise, cardamom pods, ginger, whole cinnamon, cloves, and cranberries – and add a splash of Eau de Vie Topaz if it's for adults.
